Timothy Poole is a Breckinridge County Native and is newly practicing. He is a retired United States Army Veteran who served in Iraq. He is passionate about the community and serving his fellow veterans. He was previously employed as a Paralegal for Social Security and the United States Army gaining experience in various fields of the law ranging from divorces, family issues, USERRA, Victim Sexual Assault Advocacy, and Disability Law. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law where he received specialized training at the immigration clinic and he served as the Treasurer of the Immigration Law Society. He assisted the Veterans Legal Assistance Program and received an award for his Pro-Bono Proposal to help veterans suffering from homelessness. He attended and graduated from Western Kentucky University. He proudly owns two Great Pyrenees dogs and has resided in Owensboro since 2011.
